About the Event
The upcoming presentation will explore the transformative impact of Generative AI (Gen AI) on the HR sector and organizations. The agenda will cover how Gen AI is transforming work, including the evolution of necessary skill sets in the industry. It will delve into AI’s influence on various HR processes and how AI is integrated into HR solutions. The focus will be on three key areas: HR Data Analytics and Decision Making, Career Development and Planning, and Learning and Development. This event aims to equip students with insights into the future of HR in an AI-driven landscape.
About the Speaker:
Diane Crozier is a Manager in the People and Change Advisory Services at KPMG, where she specializes in workforce transformation, organizational design and change management. With over 14 years as an HR practitioner, she has experience in the public sector and healthcare and has played pivotal roles providing strategic HR and labour relation advice on various transformational initiatives. Diane's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and she is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in HR Leadership from the University of Fredericton. In addition to her formal education, she holds certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a Lean Certified Practitioner, which further demonstrates her commitment to effective change management and organizational improvement. Diane is known for her collaborative style and dedication to fostering positive connections. She actively seeks opportunities for informal networking, believing that every conversation can yield valuable insights that contribute to both personal and organizational growth. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning and the empowerment of others.
Kathleen Boskill is a Senior Consultant at KPMG, in the People and Change Advisory Services. Her role allows her to lead transformative change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster stakeholder engagement. Her commitment to integrity and relationship-building has been pivotal in her successful project delivery. Kathleen holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, along with being a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. She is a lifelong learner and loves that her role allows her to learn something new every day and dig into new topics that are facing organizations. She is passionate about nurturing future leaders; serving as a mentor at the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in Business at the University of Calgary and is always up for a coffee chat. She thrives in collaborative environments where she can connect with diverse individuals, creating spaces for innovation and growth.
